The complex was built in 2007 and features a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a large brick fireplace with a pergola. The community is fully gated and much more. Included in the monthly rent are cable, internet and garbage. Valet trash service is required with annual $95 fee per tenant. Creekside is a pet friendly complex and it offers access to the Tiger Transit route for Auburn University students.
